Elena partners with clients to create right-sized solutions that focus on advancing corporate goals.  In recent in-house leadership roles, Elena has built efficient, highly effective teams to manage high-risk matters including regulatory response, user data response, and litigation.  Elena has an unbroken record of successful outcomes, resulting in outright wins or highly favorable, negotiated business resolutions.  She collaborates with clients to develop right-sized IP strategies to protect businesses and help them grow.  She designs processes to improve efficiency and outcomes today and tomorrow for her clients.

Elena enjoys both the design and build phases of counseling, and she is as comfortable in startup scrappy mode as she is managing large teams at global institutions.
