Meg Kammerud brings to her clients experience as a Silicon Valley legal executive, advisor, and litigator, who drives intellectual property strategy, corporate growth, risk management, and compliance for companies at all stages. Meg helps companies strategically scale operations while maintaining corporate momentum.
Meg’s background leading the legal function in-house at startups as they grew from early stage to unicorn status and beyond allows her to design right-sized strategies for clients, then implement them efficiently and without friction. She understands how to counsel companies for success today while preparing for IPO or exit. She grows and protects corporate value through the development of global intellectual property programs and scalable go-to-market planning, and she leads deals with customers, partners, and vendors from small organizations to Fortune 10 companies. Meg’s extensive experience as a litigator allows her to address risk and manage disputes for her clients so they can stay focused on their businesses.
Meg lives in San Francisco with her husband and two children. She is an active supporter of public schools and serves on the San Francisco Unified School District Citizen Bond Oversite Committee and its Audit Subcommittee. She spends her time hiking in Northern California with her family and reading voraciously.
